Sailing and delicious food is a great combination and a great experience.
Harriët, owner of the clipper Wilhelmina, cooks “like a devil” and prepares the most special dishes in the well-equipped galley of her ship.
You embark on Friday evening in the beautiful old port of Harlingen. After the welcome and the introduction, a nice route will be set out based on the current weather forecast and your wishes. On Saturday morning the ship leaves the harbor and the sails are set, heading for a new end. The skipper and mate accompany you with sailing (sailing experience is not necessary) while Harriët takes care of the food.
Sunday morning the ship sails back. When you see the skyline of Harlingen you will feel as if you have had a wonderful long vacation.

We organize in 2021 a culinary spring-sailingweekend, a spring discovery tour and a wildroasted-sailingweekend.


This culinary weekend Wadden includes breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday evening a delicious 4-course menu will be served, in which the typical spring vegetable asparagus should of course not be missing. Skipper and cook Harriët likes to be inspired by the weather and products from the region when composing the menu.

This Culinary Journey includes breakfast and lunch. In the evening a delicious 3 course menu is served. Everything is fresh and tastefully made by skipper and cook Harriët, she likes to be inspired by the weather and products from the region. Not only meat but also fish is regularly on the menu, but we also make a delicious 3 course menu for vegetarians.


Gerard Koopmans is our regular ” chef” with a nice reputation on the tv programme “24-kitchen”.
He takes his own wild meat with him, providing a wonderful culinary experience.
